Synopsis:

Occupying an entire city block, Keller Fountain Park is one of Lawrence Halprin's most iconic landscapes. The centerpiece of the space is a massive fountain meant to conjure up the natural waters flowing from the Cascade Mountains. The park was designed to provide visitors with the opportunity to interact with the water as it runs, pools and cascades through the park. Although the park is dominated by water, there are also a variety of spaces throughout the park that provide the visitor with many different experiences.
